Seven minutes to happiness!

Seven minutes to happiness!

Did you know that there are enough seven minutes of activity to feel a huge sense of happiness?

I have proof of that, like all those who tried it, but now it is scientifically explained. HIIT, or High Intesity Interval Training, high-intensity training with a lot of effort with resting moments in just seven minutes can “lift you out of the dead” and fix your mood for the whole day.
Physical activity is excellent against depression, too.
The researchers who questioned this phenomenon divided the depressive respondents into three groups: the first one that was treated with depression only by drugs, the other, which was only treated with physical activity, and, third, in which people combined drugs with physical activity. After six months the result was virtually identical to all three groups – they cured depression.
However, re-checking the condition of the respondents after six months showed stunning results. Those taking medication, even 36%, had the same symptoms again. Respondents who combined exercise medication, in 31% of cases, returned to their old age. But, hey, those who only practiced against depression were again depressed in only 9% of cases after six months!

Is not it superficial?

E, now. Imagine just yourself, if you are healthy, just a little bit tired, too tired, de-concentrated or sleepy more than you need. Imagine what would you have after seven minutes of HIIT training ?! You would be like wind, thunder and lightning!
Here’s a suggestion of such exercises, which you can work at home, and for which you only need enough and only seven minutes.
Although I have previously written about HIIT training, let’s just say a little for those who are first to hear: Intensive training involves intensity of exercise, and the intervals mean that an intense physical effort with short resting moments is replaced intermittently.
In these exercises above, this means that each exercise is done in a dozen repetitions (or 30 seconds) in a vibrant style, and that between them you have 10 seconds of rest. If you look at them a bit better, you will see that through the sequence of exercises, the efforts of the upper and lower large groups of muscles change, as they work interchangeably. This means that you have more than 10 seconds of rest to relax tired muscles. And during the rest, smaller muscles will be rescued.
No, it will not be easy for those seven minutes. But the feeling of happiness that you will have after that, you will wear all day!
After all, look at your brain, if you only move a little from the armchair, how much would you extract the protein and endorphins that will make you happy!
