Why Fitness is IMPORTANT ???
There are mainly two reasons for fitness, first one is change in lifestyle.Nowadays we all live stressful and competitive life. These days everyone running to chasing their dreams which leads stressful life. But in this situation they forgot to take care of their health. So our mental health is always challenged.
Second reason is nutritiona
l quality of food. These days quality of food decreasing due to processing of food. Earlier times food quality was good, but nowadays the nutritional value of food decreased. Because of that we face various health problems, like Blood pressure problems, Sugar problems, heart problems. To avoid all these problems you need to do exercise.
"Keep Fit yourself and stay away from doctor" , if you are doing exercise on regular basis, then you will not be sick anymore, you can save your money which is spend on doctors. There is one more reason is to keep you doing exercising, if you want to look young in your old age, you need to keep doing exercising.
