This must be a festive training, when in the illustration the tutorial has this cap. However, I’m sure it can be without a cap. In fact, I advise this training without a cap.
The right thing to tell you, I am delighted with this program! Apart from being challenging, it’s fun and well-conceived and accessible. These 12 days are something that everyone can afford, and then, if he is a beginner, and be infected with a virus of recreation.

The system of accumulated circular training is that – you accumulate:
On the first day you are doing minutes of support (plank)
On the second day: two minutes of squats along the wall + a minute plank.
Day three: three minutes bridge + two minutes of squats near the wall + a minute plank.
And so on, you start each day with a new exercise, and you go back to the previous day’s exercises. Fan, fan, fan!
I want you a quick decision and a start soon, you will not regret it. If, for example, you start today, you will end on January 4th, which means that you have made one of the better New Year’s decisions – to be active on a daily basis.
I’ve found the exercises on Tribesport, and you shuffle them if you believe that some of your friends need only a little stimulus.
