Mommy !!! No time for workout ? Train yourself for only 5 minutes a day

If you do not have time at all, as a mummy mom, you certainly have 10 minutes, huh?

These are the exercises that are created for you. Even if you’re not a newer mum, just a woman with good timing.
It is very simple and easy to start, designed for beginners in exercise. The principle is to hit another muscle group every day, so at the end of the week you can be quiet because you’ve gone through the entire circle and started all of them.
Equipment:
Rug (or carpet) and chair
Pumpkins (or small bottles filled with water, or anything that you can hold in your fists, and that is in pairs and the same weight)
Time: 10 minutes
Days: Monday-Saturday
Heat and stretching: mandatory warming at the beginning and stretching at the end of the muscles they worked.
Routine: Every day only two exercises. Repeat the exercise A 12 times, and immediately, without pause, go to practice B and do it 12 times, so after a short break (P 60 sec), return to the first and the other, and do four such series. This is called superset (when you connect two different exercises to a string, and then you make a break), and it looks like this for mathematicians:
Monday
Chest and threesome
A: Taking and transporting the butterflies – butterflies
B: Thrust from the foreheads
Tuesday
Back and biceps
A: Bringing the dumbbells from the stool on the chair
B: Alternative folds of the forearm
Wednesday
The inner and outer sides of the thigh
A: Raising the outer (upper) leg
B: Raising the inner (lower) leg
Thursday
The front and back lofts
A: Now, lift your butt
B: Deep squat with paralyzed feet
Friday
Shoulder and stomach
A: Alternately push the shoulders from the shoulders
B: Raising the leg
Saturday
Goose and leaves
A: Lift your leg from the dog’s position
B: Raise your fingers
And that’s it!
Maybe not much, but maybe more than you managed to do till now?
